Never. Your photos are always your photos. We do not store user content or image data on servers. Yuzu Cam does not take ownership of photos or user content captured or imported with Yuzu Cam, and we do not track, measure, store, or collect face data.
Purchases, subscriptions, refunds, crash reports, analytics, diagnostics, and related App Store activity may be processed by Apple through the App Store, App Store Connect, or Apple developer tools. This information is handled under Apple's privacy policies and App Store terms.
We may review aggregated or diagnostic information provided by Apple to understand app performance, troubleshoot issues, manage subscriptions, and improve Yuzu Cam. We do not use this information to sell personal information or track users across apps and websites.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Yuzu Cam mobile application operated by Afterlight Collective, Inc.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the subscription plan selected through the App Store.
At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew through the App Store under the same conditions unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You may cancel renewal through your App Store account.
Yuzu Cam lets you capture or import photos and apply realtime presets and lens effects. You are responsible for the photos and other content you capture, import, save, export, or share using the Service, including making sure you have the rights needed to use that content.
You retain ownership of your photos and user-created content. Yuzu Cam does not claim ownership of photos you capture or content you create with the Service.
When you choose to save, export, or share content from Yuzu Cam, that action may involve your device, operating system features, third-party apps, services, or platforms. Those third parties handle shared content according to their own terms and privacy policies.
The Yuzu Cam app, website, design, branding, presets, lens effects, interfaces, software, and other original materials are owned by Afterlight Collective, Inc. or used with permission. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or use those materials except as allowed by the Service or with written permission from us.
The Service, including its software, features, interfaces, branding, presets, lens effects, website, and related materials, is and will remain the exclusive property of Afterlight Collective, Inc. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States and other countries.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Afterlight Collective, Inc., its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debt, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, a breach of these Terms, or content captured, exported, or shared using the Service.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Afterlight Collective, Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates, and licensors do not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, securely, or at any particular time or location; that errors or defects will be corrected; or that the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so some limitations may not apply to you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice before the new terms take effect. Continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective means you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
